Presented with the novel concept of a coffee shop that serves only kosher products, the challenge was to impart quality and sincerity into a new brand. Wanting to differentiate from the many chain coffee options on every corner, the owner's vision was to create a comfortable neighborhood gathering spot. The name was derived from the first names of his two grandfathers, both popular characters in their close-knit community. The interior design by LOOP Studio conjures a modern, yet warm and inviting "go-to" neighborhood place to congregate - perfect for a steamy cup of coffee, a little nosh and good conversation.
